The Work Plus+ Program was created to help supply our clients with a working knowlege, and an applicable trade, to help them further themselves in whatever endevours they may encounter after leaving our program.  The program itself is extremely simple in nature ... we take individuals who are either lacking in job skills, in need of futher training (or in some cases, just refreshing what they already know), and placing them in a well controlled supervised "on-the-job" training setting.

 

We accomplish this by accepting jobs in our local community, and providing the supervisory staff, and labor force, to fufill those jobs. Many of the jobs come in via our companion program "A Betterway Construction".  The variety, and nature, of the jobs we accept is rather impressive. We will supply the manpower for literally ANY job! From raking leaves, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, to painting an entire house, replacing the vinal siding on a multi-floored dwelling, to lifting an entire house up to replace it's foundation!

 

Our work crews work in closely monitored, and supervised, conditions alongside highly skilled, trained artists and craftsmen from the local community who share the same passion and dedication to the recovery process as we ourselves do. Many of these people donate thier time and skills to help us achieve our goals.
